You can arrive 10 minutes before your party to set up the room however there will be sessions before your party and our team may still be cleaning the room.

Yes the birthday child needs to be included within the total numbers.

We provide standard part table cloths, however if you do still want to bring your own that’s fine. Please let us know when booking.

Yes you can amend the numbers and extras up to 6pm the day before.

The final balance needs to be paid by 6pm the day before your party.

With Parties we have no maximum number of adults, however we do recommend no more than 2 per child. If the play centre is at capacity and there are more than 2 per child then we may have to refuse entry to some adults.

During the week Under 1s are free, however during holidays and weekends there is a charge for under 1s, but are free with parties or a paying sibling, no food for under 1s is included.

Our party rooms are different sizes please check with the centre to confirm

Please inform the centre either when booking or as soon as possible, Normal standard parties include allergy choices for up to 5 children however for Class offer parties allergy meals are an additional charge.

If you have older siblings attending they can enter as an adult but cannot play in the soft play.
