One of the most common questions we are asked, is can my cake have a variety of flavours and can it all be
sponge/chocolate?
The cakes in all our galleries are priced assuming that there will be a mix of flavours. Listed below are the cake
flavour choices and the various fillings that can be used to vary the flavour of your cake.
Rich fruit Cake
Vanilla Sponge
with Jam & Buttercream or Vanilla, lemon or chocolate buttercream or chocolate fudge
Light Lemon Sponge
with Lemon buttercream and/or lemon curd
Moist Coffee
with vanilla fudge and walnut or coffee buttercream
Rich Chocolate
with chocolate buttercream or chocolate fudge
Chocolate Orange
with Cointreau or Tia Maria and chocolate buttercream
